Dr. Dre to release "Under Pressure" Next Week

New music will be coming from Dr. Dre for the first time in eleven years. The news has come as a shock to many people within the hip hop community. By releasing a new single, Dr. Dre is letting the people know that Detox is coming. Originally slated for a 2001 release, the album has faced a decade of delays. Despite all of the delays and the collaboration changes, Jay-Z has remained on the list.

Each year, when rumors of the album become rampant, Jay-Z speaks on his work on the album. Many people had come to assume that Jay was only fueling those rumors. Recently, talk of Detox has hit a new and unexpected peak. As usual, Jay-Z emerged and he spoke about his work on the album. However, this time, Dr. Dre also spoke on the collaboration and he said that the album would be coming soon.

Not only did Dr. Dre give information about the new album, he also gave a timeframe for the release of his first single in ten years. Dre said that "Under Pressure" will be released before the end of next week. He said to expect Detox to be released before the end of this year.
