Kanye West's "Power" is a Fan Favorite

For the past few months, Kanye West has been a media scapegoat and he has been out of the spotlight. After his outburst at the VMAs, last year, West disappeared immediately. During his time away, the media did not let up on him until the Tiger Woods story broke. Ever since he was given the break, Kanye West has been inching back into the game.

Before the end of last year, West began plotting his return. While overseas, West began recording his fifth studio album. For the album, he has worked with many producers. Among the people who had heard his new music were Soulja Boy and Mr Hudson. Both said the album was shaping up very well.

Towards the start of spring, Kanye West made his official "I'm back" statement. West promised to deliver a new album before the end of next year. Then, some of the producers on the album said it would not come until sometime next year. Right as that story had taken flight, Kanye West announced the album to come in September.

The first single from his latest effort, Good Ass Job, is "Power." The song takes a hit at all of the people who have criticized him during his time off. Kanye West has hit back at his critics and his longtime fans are happy with his response. Because of his new, agressive, tone, the fans have jumped right back on the Kanye bandwagon and "Power" has been a great comeback single for him. The album, Good Ass Job, should follow in September.
