When Gucci Mane's name is in the news, he has either released an album or a mixtape, or he has been arrested. This time around, Gucci has been arrested and facing serious charges. Right when his career took off, in 2009, Gucci Mane was sent to prison on marijuana charges.

Last year, the Atlanta rapper was let off on parole. But, before the end of the year, Gucci Mane was brought up on more charges. Currently, he is out on probation. Yesterday, Gucci Mane was arrested, while visiting his probation officer.

Gucci Mane is facing battery charges and is being charged for violating his probation. The rapper was arrested on a warrant after he pushed a woman out of a moving car. Gucci was said to have caused visible bodily harm to the unnamed woman.
