Jadakiss talks "I Love You" mixtape

Perhaps Jadakiss is known more for his mixtapes than he is for his own albums. Following the release of 2009's The Last Kiss, Jadakiss promised to release an album a year. Due to issues with Def Jam, he was unable to fulfill this promise.

But, for 2011, Jadakiss will be giving his fans something. His 2011 mixtape is warmly titled, I Love You. The mixtape will be available for purchase in retail stores. Jadakiss is treating this mixtape more like an album, as he serves as the executive producer on the album.

Unlike on his The Champ is Here mixtape series, Jadakiss is rapping over original beats. Jadakiss promises fans the new mixtape will be all original songs. Unlike on his other releases, Kiss said there will be more songs for the ladies, as well.
