Two years ago, many believed Maino would be the man to bring New York hip hop to the forefront. While that did not quite happen, Maino has given new life to New York.

When he released his debut album, Maino promised he would soon return with his second album. Before the end of this year, Maino intends to release his new album, Day After Tomorrow.

Recently, a new Maino track leaked, "Machine Gun Rap."
