Since the release of The Adventures of Bobby Ray, B.o.B. has been rather quiet. Earlier this year, B.o.B. announced he was working on his second album. Last month, B.o.B. returned to the headlines, pushing his new single, "Strange Clouds" with Lil Wayne. B.o.B. soon announced the song will share the title of his album.
While his debut album was met with pop success, hip hop critics were not too fond of the album. When he was on the mixtape scene, B.o.B. was known for his diversity. On his first song, "Cloud 9," B.o.B. sang over the first half of it. However, B.o.B. is primarily known as a rapper, but he has done plenty of singing.
On his Strange Clouds album, B.o.B. announced he would be primarily rapping on his new album. B.o.B. has also expressed interest in doing rock music, among other things.
