Kesnar Rosemond, the older brother of Jimmy Henchman, has officially been sentenced to prison. The brother of the troubled mogul confessed to his crimes and has began his sentence. Meanwhile, Jimmy Henchman continues to fight the charges mounted against him.
The older Rosemond pleaded guilty in hopes of reaching a plea deal. Despite his efforts, Kesnar Rosemond, who is fifty-years-old, will still spend twelve years behind bars. If he lives to see it, Rosemond will be sixty-two when he is freed.
It was said Kesnar Rosemond used a New York car dealership to steal loan applications. He did this in order to open fake accounts. Rosemond used FedEx and several other shipping companies to distribute cocaine all over the world. Because of this, a number of legitimate businessmen were investigated for the Rosemond brothers' crimes.
Jimmy Henchman, who remains pleading not guilty to the charges, is facing a life sentence in prison over gun and drug charges.
