Drake blasts Young Money removal rumors

There have been rumors of friction between Drake and Lil Wayne ever since Wayne came out of prison. Days after his prison release, a rumor said the two had gotten into an altercation. It was revealed that the rappers were only playing punch buggy.

In the time since those rumors, Drake has been back in the studio, while Lil Wayne is back in the spotlight. From a distance, Drake has been Wayne's biggest cheerleader. However, new rumors may state otherwise.

Recently, a story suggested Drake had been ousted from Young Money over a contract dispute. It was said that he told Lil Wayne he was Young Money. Disrespected and upset, Lil Wayne told Drake he was no longer a part of Young Money.

Barely a week after the story surfaced, Drake is on the defense. Given the unity Young Money has shown over the past year, Drake is surprised people actually believed the story. Also, upset because of the rumors, the Toronto rapper angrily denied ever speaking to Lil Wayne in such a tone. Drake has repeatedly stated he will always be with Young Money, regardless of what happens.
