Tragedy Khadafi addresses Obama diss on "Ill-Luminious Flow"

Social concious rap has been on a comeback in 2011. One reason for this is the return of Lupe Fiasco. Other artists have also been paying more attention to the matters of the world. The execution of Troy Davis has had many rappers speaking out.

Tragedy Khadafi has been speaking out for well over twenty years. Discussing the matters of the world is nothing new to him, as he does this frequently. Recently, Khadafi released his new album, Thug Matrix 3.

One song off the album, "Ill-Luminious Flow," stuck out to listeners, as he called out President Obama. Similarly, Lupe Fiasco also called the president out. Tragedy Khadafi said this was not for shock value, he was serious.

Tragedy Khadafi says "Obama got his dome bleached" in the song. While calling the president out, Tragedy said he has also had his dome bleached, no one is exempt from it. Speaking on the secret society, Tragedy Khadafi stated President Obama is being controlled by a particular organization, which is stopping him from doing what he originally intended.

Lupe Fiasco marches in Wall Street protest, speaks on New World Order

Late last year, Lupe Fiasco returned to the game, after being away for a few years. Initially, Lupe Fiasco intended to release his third album in 2008. However, due to his content, Atlantic Records began giving him the runaround. Before coming back, Lupe Fiasco had a bout with suicide, among other things.

Upon releasing Lasers, Lupe Fiasco sold well over 200,000 copies in his first week and his singles were also successful. His Trey Songz-assisted "Out of My Head" single, became one of the biggest hits of the summer. Still, Lupe Fiasco made the most noise due to his controversial single, "Words I Never Said."

Aside from the music, Lupe Fiasco has been very outspoken. He has called out President Obama on a number of occasions. The president has not been the only victim of Lupe Fiasco, the entire government has. Taking a stand, Lupe Fiasco, along with a number of Americans gathered on Wall Street for the protest called "Occupy Wall Street."

Currently, the president is fighting for higher taxes on the wealthy and Lupe Fiasco can agree with him on something. Lupe Fiasco spoke on the high oil prices, which has led to the War on Terrorism, which has taken the United States into wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. People have been dying for eight years over this fight and there is still no resolution. Lupe Fiasco questioned this and he spoke out against the capitalist economy.

Lupe Fiasco asked the government to be honest about why they are fighting. If they are truly just fighting over a terrorist attack, Lupe Fiasco says "let it be known." Speaking during the protest, Lupe Fiasco said he feels this is all headed by the New World Order.

Prodigy talks Jay-Z and President Obama, says they are both Power Hungry

Over the years, Prodigy has made it clear he is no fan of Jay-Z. The two have been publicly feuding for ten years. Ever since he came out of prison, Prodigy has had a lot to say about everybody and every thing. Among his favorite topics have been Jay-Z and Barack Obama.

Speaking on Jay-Z, Prodigy said he chose his side a long time ago. Prodigy feels the only things Jay-Z cares about are money and power. When he does release music, Prodigy cites how he only talks about money. Prodigy said Jay-Z does not care to use his pull to spread awareness.

Changing topics, Prodigy set his sights on President Obama, saying he is in on the plot to rule the world. Prodigy warned people to watch out for the president. Openly stating he is a believer in the New World Order, Prodigy said the only reason Obama is president is because of the bloodline he has. Prodigy said this bloodline goes back to European royalty.

Prodigy said President Obama may not know this, but he is a part of the bloodline. Along with this bloodline comes the plot to take over the world by any means necessary. However, the cool part, says Prodigy, is the fact he doesn't want people to believe he is a part of this.

Nas thinks George W. Bush should offer More Support to President Obama

Nasty Nas is not done airing out the GOP. After their negative reaction to Common being invited to the White House, Nas spoke out in defense. Nas ended up calling out Fox News, saying the conservative network was actually afraid of black people and the hip hop movement.

Throughout his first three years in office, President Obama has been fighting an uphill battle. While his innovative ideas are what got him elected, the resistance from Congress is what may cost him a chance at a second term. Things turned around for Obama when he captured terrorist, Osama Bin Laden.

During his time as president, Republican George W. Bush promised he would capture Bin Laden. When he ended his presidency, with all-time lows, Bush left with little to say to the public. In the years Obama has been president, the media has heard very little from the former president. Nas would like for all of this to change.

The Queens rapper feels America should be seeing more of George W. Bush. Nas said Bush should be standing right beside President Obama and talking to the people he was once "leading." It is almost like someone who got away with something and does not want to show his face now, according to Nas. He thinks Bush should come back to the spotlight, only for a little while, to address the Bin Laden situation, for the people.

Lupe Fiasco talks politics on "The Colbert Report"

Following a four year hiatus, Lupe Fiasco has been one of the most-vocal rappers in the game. First, he was battling with his record label for an album release date. Then, Lupe Fiasco was in the news for calling out President Obama.

Many were surprised that Lupe Fiasco, a Chicago rapper, would call out Obama, a Chicago politician. But, Lupe Fiasco said he was not being anti-Obama. Instead, he was exercising his right as a taxpaying citizen to criticize the government.

Stephen Colbert joked Lupe Fiasco was a member of the Tea Party movement. Lupe Fiasco said it is the type of person he is, he calls it how he sees it. The Chicago rapper said he practices what he preaches.

During the interview, Lupe Fiasco also said bringing down Osama Bin Laden does not signal the end of the ten-year, "War on Terrorism." Lupe Fiasco said he does not see an end to the ongoing war against terrorism.

Freddie Gibbs questions Bin Laden's death

While most of America was getting ready for bed last night, the military and the CIA were on the cusp of something major. For well over twenty years, Osama Bin Laden has been a threat to the well-being of the American people. Ten years ago, on September 11, 2001, he led an attack that killed 3,000 people.

For the past ten years, the United States has been trying to locate the international fugitive. Bin Laden covered his tracks very well, as he hid behind being an international businessman. In the quest for Bin Laden, wars have been created in Iraq, which have yet to cease. Now, several stories reported Osama Bin Laden is dead.

Freddie Gibbs, like many other American citizens, is a little skeptical about this. Gibbs thinks this could be a plot by the government to trick the people into thinking Bin Laden is dead. To this day, there are still people who believe Saddam Hussein is still alive. The Indiana rapper also scolded those who have been celebrating the supposed death of this man.

The way Freddie Gibbs sees things, he doubts Bin Laden even had anything to do with 9/11. He said it is likely the United States may have killed a stunt double of Osama Bin Laden. Gibbs said the government has many secrets and they often tell the citizens what they want to hear. After ten years of direct threat, it comes in well to have stories reported of Osama Bin Laden being dead. While he does not believe Bin Laden is indeed deceased, Freddie Gibbs sympathizes with President Obama, understanding how difficult his job must be.

The lyrics from Lupe Fiasco made listeners think. His first two albums sold very well, but his label wanted him to go mainstream for his third album.

After his 2007 album, The Cool, sold 700,000 copies, Lupe Fiasco was reluctant to change his style. But, having his next project delayed for nearly four years helped Lupe Fiasco change his mind. Despite abiding by Atlantic Records' rules, Lupe's album has been a commercial and critical flop.

Each day, Lupe Fiasco is in the news for one reason or another and he made news because he called out the president. Lupe Fiasco was among the rappers vocal during the 2008 Presidential Election. Being a Chicago native, and a man from the rough neighborhoods in the violent city, he supported Barack Obama. It seems most rappers have stopped talking now that Obama is president.

However, Lupe Fiasco has continued to be vocal, even calling the president out. Lupe Fiasco recently said it was necessary for him to call President Obama out. At this point in his career, Lupe said he no longer cares about being famous and having attention. When he reads his bank account statements, Lupe Fiasco sees he has not made any money from his record label. Their plans to have him cross over did not work and Lupe has taken matters into his own hands.

When speaking on the "Words I Never Said" song, Lupe Fiasco questioned how disrespectful he had been by only telling the truth. Lupe Fiasco said everything in the song was true, when Gaza was bombed and hundreds of people died, President Obama did not say anything. Instead of being disrespectful, Lupe Fiasco said he was only speaking the truth and deciding not to cast a ballot for something he does not believe in anymore.

In 2008, Diddy was among the many celebrities who endorsed then-Senator Barack Obama in his presidential bid. Two years in office and now-President Obama is having a hard time getting his ideas passed into legislation. Many of the people who supported him now seem to hate him.

While many Obama supporters turned on him during his young presidency, Diddy remains loyal. He understands turning around a country as big as the United States is not easy. Along with not being easy, the job will not be completed in one day. With all of the negative press, Diddy announced his support of the president.

Diddy recently explained his support of the president. He said the people understand how Obama is different. The people did not simply endorse him, they invested in him. Diddy said he invested in the president and he will continue to support him. The only thing that Diddy asks of President Obama is that he stays strong under the pressure of the entire world. No matter what, Diddy said he would stand by him.
