50 Cent vs. Lupe Fiasco feud?

Even during his days as a mixtape rapper, 50 Cent was known as one of hip hop's biggest forces. In 2003, 50 Cent released his commercial debut, Get Rich or Die Tryin', which was laced with disses aimed at Ja Rule. At the time, Ja Rule was the biggest rapper in the game, 50 Cent took that role.

On his second album, The Massacre, 50 Cent moved on from his feud with Ja Rule. While he still dissed his foe, 50 Cent began dissing Fat Joe, Jadakiss, and Nas. Because of this, Game, then a member of G-Unit, separated himself from 50 Cent. This led to a feud between the label-mates.

50 Cent sparked a feud with Cam'ron before the release of his third album, Curtis. At the same time, 50 Cent found common ground with Jadakiss. It has become clear what 50 Cent does when it is time for him to release a new album. 50 boasted of how he may decide to release a new album this year.

For his new "Street King" movement, 50 Cent has been releasing a new track every day. While the movement is for a worthy cause, 50 Cent took shots at Lupe Fiasco. After being out of the limelight for four years, Lupe Fiasco returned with his chart-topping album, Lasers. The album solidified Lupe Fiasco as the new socially-concious figure in hip hop. For the most part, Lupe Fiasco has stayed away from beef, but he had a minor tiff with Soulja Boy last December.

With 50 Cent apparently taking shots during a time when beef is more of a joke than a true competition, will Lupe Fiasco respond to 50 Cent, or will be invite him to dinner?

Lloyd Banks wants to work with Nas, but not Game

As one of the original members of G-Unit, Lloyd Banks has been there for all the controversy. G-Unit has been involved in several feuds over the years. However, in recent years, G-Unit has been making peace with several rivals. Lloyd Banks has also expressed interest in working with a number of rivals.

Lloyd Banks recently stated he wanted to work with Nas. For nearly ten years, Nas and 50 Cent have been at odds. Nas was initially good friends with 50 Cent. But, when 50 Cent was in the hospital, following his gunshot wounds, Nas took his spot on a song with Jennifer Lopez.

Since his Get Rich or Die Tryin' debut, 50 Cent has made his issues with Nas public. Game was a prominent member of G-Unit before his beef with the label. After he left G-Unit, Game worked with a number of the G-Unit rivals, including Nas. While Lloyd Banks said he is willing to work with Nas, he said fans should not anticipate a collaboration with Game.

Taking a break from his multiple businesses, 50 Cent has been in and out of the studio. In recent weeks, 50 Cent has been more in the studio than out of it. The G-Unit leader is currently working on his fifth studio album.

Building a buzz for his new release, 50 Cent has visited hip hop enthusiast, Ellen DeGeneres on her show to discuss the upcoming album. Last year, 50 Cent said his next album would be techno-influenced and named Black Magic.

Recently, 50 Cent spoke on his album again. He said the album does not have a solid title. However, he said the album would be a return to his hardcore roots. Raising the stakes even higher, 50 Cent said he wants this album to top his 2003 debut, Get Rich or Die Tryin'.

50 Cent talks Comedy Show

Eight years ago, 50 Cent signed the $1 million contract with powerhouse, Interscope Records. At the time, he and his team were celebrating because they had made it. While they knew they had something great, 50 Cent and G-Unit had no idea the movement would become.

Following the release of Get Rich or Die Tryin', 50 Cent branched out into clothing and shoes. By 2004, he had a full roster of artists on G-Unit Records. Once he built the label, he expanded his company into film. In 2005, 50 Cent released his blockbuster hit, Get Rich or Die Tryin' movie.

Six years later, 50 Cent has scaled things down quite a bit, but he is still in the big money. Recently, he expanded his sub-brand, ThisIs50. So far, it houses his ThisIs50.com site and 50 Cent has bigger plans with a comedy show. Yesterday, 50 Cent revealed his intentions to launch a comedy show named "This Is 50 Comedy Show."

With the news spreading across several hip hop sites, 50 Cent has now discussed the show. He said he has some of the funniest comedians signed on for the tour. The comedy show will launch tomorrow and an episode will air once a month. Watching the show online will be free, but a charge on admission will take place to watch the show live at the Times Square Arts Center. 50 Cent said his tour will travel the earth entertaining and making people laugh for years to come.

While 50 Cent's personal life could be better, his professional life has been going great. 50 Cent landed a $200 million film deal with Lionsgate. Only days after the film deal, he made $8 million through his stock in H&H Imports.

Not only is 50 Cent one of hip hop's richest men, he is a board member to a successful company. Despite his recent albums not selling, 50 Cent can still boast about record sales. His debut album from eight years ago is still going strong.

50 Cent's 2003 debut, Get Rich or Die Tryin' recently went eight times platinum, after initially selling five million copies in 2003.

In the time since his debut album, 50 Cent has turned fans off, himself. His last album, Before I Self Destruct, did not even sell 500,000 copies. Hip hop heads are tired of 50 Cent coming with the same style on each album. But, when he tries to change up, he is accused of "Ja Ruling" the game.

50 Cent recently explained the position he is stuck in. He said this whole situation is his own fault. When he finally released his debut album, 50 Cent said he came out too aggressive. From the beginning, he wanted to do pop records later in his career. But, because of the way he came out, he had to keep giving the people hardcore music and the people also grew tired of that.
