It does not feel like it was that long ago when Lloyd Banks was considered a new rap artist. His first known appearance was in 2003 in the "Stunt 101" video. But, when his time to shine came, in 2004, Banks did just that. He has since established himself in his own right.

Now considered a veteran in the game, Lloyd Banks has made major moves. G-Unit had been suffering from years and it had only gotten worse. Longtime backer, Interscope Records, dropped the label from their roster. Lloyd Banks revived the label with "Beamer, Benz, or Bentley," and EMI called them.

With 2011 here, Lloyd Banks discussed which newcomers he felt would take the game over. As he has said before, Banks is impressed by Wiz Khalifa. Not only does he think Wiz has a great chance, but he is also a big fan of J. Cole and he hopes his album will be released. Banks is also a fan of Nipsey Hussle and Jay Electronica.
