Jay-Z and Kanye West are down to the wire with their collaboration album, Watch the Throne. Last month, the two released the lead single, "H.A.M." Usually, Kanye West records his music in Hawaii, but they have decided to change things up.

Recently, Jay-Z and Kanye West have taken a floor of the Mercer Hotel in New York City and built their own studio. In this studio, the duo are putting the finishing touches on Watch the Throne. It is less than a month before the album will be coming out.

Some critics said the album was coming too soon, but it has gained more than enough traction with only two months notice. On the heels of My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, Kanye West is working on Watch the Throne and his sixth solo album.
