Lil Wayne has been all over the place since being released from prison. Barely a month after his release and Lil Wayne was already working on Tha Carter IV. The first single from the album, "6'7," has become a major hit.
With the Super Bowl coming up tomorrow, Lil Wayne has been getting into the spirit. Long before the Super Bowl, Wiz Khalifa created an anthem for his hometown Pittsburgh Steelers. He was soon endorsed by Snoop Dogg.
Due to Khalifa's influence, hip hop is more involved in the NFL than usual. Lil Wayne, a major sports fan, also decided to get in the battle. Instead of paying homage to the Steelers, Wayne endorsed the Packers.
Not only did he pledge allegiance to the Green Bay Packers, but he also remixed "Black & Yellow" to endorse them. In an interview with ESPN, Lil Wayne sweetened the pot when he officially challenged not only Wiz Khalifa, but also Snoop Dogg. He said if the Packers win the Super Bowl, both rappers have to cut their hair. On the other hand, if the Steelers win, he will cut his hair.
The two rappers have yet to respond to Lil Wayne's challenge.
