Swizz Beatz talks DMX comeback

Swizz Beatz has had his hands full for some time with DMX. For years, DMX has been trying to mount a comeback. The comeback was thwarted by DMX's run-ins with the law. X has been in prison for some time and was set to come out on July 6.

When it was time for DMX to be released, he was found with drugs, so he has held longer. If being held in prison longer was bad enough, DMX also took time out to express his dislike for Jay-Z. Swizz Beatz has tried to serve as the mediator between the two rappers.

Before they worked together, in the 1990s, the two rappers were rivals. However, with the help of Irv Gotti and Swizz Beatz, the two became friends. But, when Jay-Z took over as CEO of Def Jam, X had nothing good to say about him.

Calling out Jay-Z at this point in his career was not a logical move for DMX. However, Swizz Beatz is going to work with DMX until the end of his career. Recently, the Ruff Ryders' head spoke about the chances of his artist making a comeback. Saying he will always work with DMX, Swizz Beatz said people should never count anyone out in the rap game. Every artist is always one hit away in hip hop.
