DMX filing suit against Arizona for Speeding Arrest

Earlier this week, DMX was pulled over in Arizona for doing 102 in a 65 mph zone. Ever since 2008, DMX has been arrested several times for various reasons. Dark Man X is also facing charges for driving on a suspended license.

The former Ruff Ryders' frontman was booked for speeding, reckless driving, and a suspended license. DMX was released the same night on bond. Back in July, DMX was released from prison, after serving eight months behind bars for drug use.

DMX said he has been harrassed by the police. He also says the claims about him doing over 100 mph are untrue. DMX said he was doing 85 mph, as opposed to 102. DMX argued he knew for a fact he did not go above 90 mph.

The troubled rapper went on to say he was planning to sue Arizona for harrassments. DMX has already been in contact with a number of lawyers.
