With the most-anticipated album of the past two years, Tha Carter IV, finally coming, fans are eager to compare. Three years ago, after forcing fans to wait, Lil Wayne delivered Tha Carter III. The album sold 1.1 million copies in its first week, along with receiving positive reviews.

Three years later, Tha Carter IV is here and the comparisons have already started. From a critical standpoint, Tha Carter IV is much better than Tha Carter III. Commercially, however, the album may not be able to touch its predecessor. Earlier today, Mack Maine discussed the sales of Tha Carter IV and said they were not worried about sales.

Lil Wayne's latest opus is predicted to sell between 700,000-850,000 copies in its first week.
