Yelawolf speaks on Shady Records and Debut Album

Many have drawn comparisons between Yelawolf and Eminem. Even with the two rappers being from two different environments, there were many similarities. Apparently, Eminem saw these similarities and decided to sign Yelawolf to Shady Records.

Immediately after signing with Shady, Yelawolf began working on his debut album, Radioactive. The album will be released on September 27, the same day J. Cole releases his album. Yelawolf recently spoke with Hip Hop Wired about a couple of topics.

During his interview, Yelawolf explained how he ended up being signed to Shady Records. The Alabama rapper revealed he is signed to Ghet-O-Vision and his crew linked with Shady Records. Yelawolf feels as if he has found a true home with Shady, as they see the vision.

With Shady Records behind him, Yelawolf will be releasing his Radioactive single on September 27.
