Lil Wayne and Eminem plan post-Thanksgiving concert in Australia

There was once a time when Lil Wayne would have had trouble getting in contact with Eminem. In 2007, work on Tha Carter III began. During this time, Eminem was still taking time off. Several times, Wayne tried reaching Eminem.

Lil Wayne was ignored by Eminem until his album went triple platinum. In 2009, Lil Wayne and Eminem collaborated for the first time. Now, the two rappers team up often for new tracks. Their most-recent team-up was on "No Love." While Eminem did not land a feature on Tha Carter IV, he and Lil Wayne have more work planned.

The tour promoter confirmed the date of their performance. Lil Wayne and Eminem will headline a post-Thanksgiving show in Australia. The show is intended to be a six hour set.
