Wiz Khalifa speaks on Morning Routine

Over the past year, Wiz Khalifa has become a larger-than-life figure, as he just released his debut album and is second is in the works. It has been an incredible journey for Wiz Khalifa. Now considered one of the biggest stars on the planet, many wonder how Wiz Khalifa lives.

Wiz Khalifa decided to answer those questions, saying he wakes up in the morning, like everyone else. After he opens his eyes, Wiz said he rolls up some weed and smokes. Once he smokes, Wiz Khalifa brushes his teeth, gets some breakfast, and starts his day.

During the interview, Wiz Khalifa admitted he usually smokes before he brushes his teeth. Wiz Khalifa said smoking before brushing is the best way to do it to get rid of the smell. To the Taylor Gang CEO, it is dumb to brush your teeth and then smoke, dirtying the mouth back up.

Wiz Khalifa denies being a "Weedhead rapper"

Ever since he gained national fame, most have typecast Wiz Khalifa as a "weed rapper." The Taylor Gang leader prominently raps about his love for marijuana. Earlier this year, Wiz Khalifa provided a verse for Snoop Dogg on a track called "This Weed Iz Mine."

This typecast has not gone unnoticed by Wiz Khalifa, himself. He has heard and read about this and is not pleased. Wiz Khalifa is slighly offended by being labeled a weed rapper. The Pittsburgh emcee said there is so much more to him.

Wiz Khalifa said smoking weed is only a portion of his lifestyle, as he has so much more going on. The overall message from Wiz Khalifa is embracing who you are. But, he said he will allow the critics to continue to typecast him because he knows who he is.

Wiz Khalifa goes Double Platinum with "Black & Yellow"

Last fall, Wiz Khalifa had a plan and it has gone exactly the way he hoped for it to. The Pittsburgh rapper set out to create a song for his Taylor Gang crew. While the song was for them, he also wanted it to become the anthem for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Upon hitting the radio, "Black & Yellow" instantly became a hit record. While it did not top the Billboard Hot 100, it was a major hit. Late last year, the song was certified platinum by the RIAA. It was a major celebration for Wiz.

So far, the New Year has been great for Khalifa, as his song is still getting radio play and he has Amber Rose. Now, he is trying to push it as far as he can. With his album right around the corner, Wiz Khalifa is celebrating a double platinum single.
