Nicki Minaj says Lil Wayne's Beat Selection, alone, Will Make "Tha Carter IV" a Classic

Lil Wayne has been on a rampage since returning from prison and he is already working on Tha Carter IV. Initially due in 2009, the album has suffered several delays. Unlike most rappers, though, Lil Wayne has back-up albums.

The album is close to being done, as Lil Wayne has been very energetic. So far, the only people who have had a chance to listen to the music are the people on his team. Nicki Minaj is very impressed so far.

Last year, Nicki Minaj said she felt Tha Carter IV would become a classic album. After hearing some of the beats, Nicki is convinced the album will be a classic. Ever since coming out of jail, Wayne's lyrical level has been elevated.
