As soon as he was released, Lil Wayne got right back to work on his new projects. Wayne immediately recorded "6 Foot 7 Foot" and got the ball rolling on Tha Carter IV. Once the song clearly became a hit, a tour was set in place.

Lil Wayne called upon Nicki Minaj and Rick Ross in order to establish the I Am Music II tour. Those three artists are among the biggest names in the hip hop game. With the tour coming to a close, Lil Wayne sees another avenue to make extra money.

In an interview with MTV, Lil Wayne announced he has filmed various locations and performances on the tour. Lil Wayne intends to make this a part of a documentary that will be available for sale and will be played on several outlets.
