When she first gained national fame, Nicki Minaj made a number of changes. The first of these changes was hiring a new management team. Feeling as if she was the best, she hired the best in Diddy and Bad Boy Management.

In 2009, Nicki Minaj officially signed with Young Money and her career took off. Last year, she dominated the entire summer season with one single. When her album came out, she set all kinds of records for female rappers.

Now, Nicki Minaj is recording her second album and preparing to go overseas. Along with this, Nicki Minaj is also planning a tour with Britney Spears. Everything is going her way, but Nicki needs more communication from her manager.

Each deal she has, Nicki Minaj managed to get on her own. Because of this, she feels as if she must not need her manager. This, along with an apparent lack of interest from Bad Boy Management has led to Nicki leaving the management team. While she is disappointed in the service, Nicki Minaj holds no hard feelings towards Diddy or his company.
