According to reports, Busta Rhymes had all of his phone lines tied up for three months. If this is the case, his voice caused him to owe the city of New York over $9,000.

The fast-spitting rapper reportedly headed downtown in New York City to sort out his phone bill. Customer service representatives have been tied up trying to fix this situation.
