When the world was first introduced to 50 Cent, he was the protege of Eminem and Dr. Dre. 50 Cent portrayed the image of a fearless street gangster. During an interview, 50 Cent was asked what he feared the most. His answer was not living up to the standards Eminem and Dr. Dre set for him.

Fast forward three years, 50 Cent openly called out Dr. Dre for the first time. 50 Cent's album was delayed because it was taking a long time for Dr. Dre to mix his album. Then, in 2009, 50 Cent dissed Dr. Dre when his next album was delayed. Earlier this year, it seemed as if their feud had reached a peak.

Suddenly, out of nowhere, 50 Cent and Dr. Dre have seemingly made up with each other. Late in May 2011, 50 Cent revealed he would be featured on Detox. Recently, 50 Cent said he is considering staying with Interscope Records after his contract expires. Despite the rift becoming public, all is well between 50 Cent and Dr. Dre.

50 Cent said he never expected someone like Eminem to come into his life. Already rich, off of his music, Em decided to help 50 Cent out. The result of this was 50 Cent meeting Dr. Dre and "In Da Club" coming to life right before his eyes. While 50 Cent may not like some of the things Dr. Dre does, he cannot forget how Dre helped him start his career, which allowed him to become the mogul he is.
