Lil' Kim is not signed to G-Unit Records

For nearly a month, Lil' Kim has hinted at possibly signing with G-Unit Records. 50 Cent made headlines, again, when he signed Shawty Lo to a joint venture deal. Days after 50 Cent confirmed their partnership, Shawty Lo took the stage in Atlanta with Lil' Kim. During the performance, she said she may sign with G-Unit.

The fact that Lil' Kim is even considering G-Unit Records as a possible place to sign shows she has come a long way. In 2003, Kim and 50 recorded the hit single, "Magic Stick." However, following their collaboration, the two began a bitter feud. Their feud stopped the music video from being filmed, among other things.

However, in 2007, the two ended their feud and they recorded a song together. For four years, Lil' Kim and 50 Cent have maintained a friendship. While the two of them are friends, it does not mean she has talked with 50 Cent about signing to his G-Unit label. 50 Cent said he has heard the rumors Lil' Kim has started about G-Unit Records, but said she is not signed to the label and his label has not reached out to her about signing.
