Two of hip hop's most acclaimed crews are The L.O.X. and the Wu Tang Clan. Each crew has several members and some of the members have worked with each other in the past. Both crews are iconic in their own right. Despite working so closely, there has never been a true collaboration between the two crews.

L.O.X. member, Sheek Louch, recently stated this could change in the near future. Last year, Sheek said the two crews were working on a new project. He said the album would be titled Wu Block, paying homage to the defunct D-Block crew. D-Block was another group, consisting of The L.O.X.'s members and J-Hood.

Once the story gained a life of its own, Jadakiss addressed the issue, saying he liked the concept. At the time, Sheek Louch had not talked to Jada due to his busy schedule. But, after talking it over, the entire crew is convinced the concept will be great and Wu Tang has also given the green light. The project is well on its way to being complete.

Sheek Louch said eight tracks have already been completed for the album.
